The Knowledge Mobilization team is working to strengthen our collective knowledge by creating space for the sharing of stories, experiences, and wisdom from the community to inform our food ecosystem.

What We’ve Done So Far

Starting in April 2025, JHC has hosted a number of learning sessions to strengthen knowledge and collaborative networking. See our summary of sessions below, including:

As part of the Knowledge Mobilization Team’s data-gathering efforts, we invited members of the project’s working groups and stewardship team to share resources related to food security, poverty, guaranteed income, and more. This bibliography is not meant to be comprehensive, but it offers a meaningful snapshot of representative reports, surveys, articles, blog posts, and other materials that contribute to food-security research and action in Alberta and beyond. food-security efforts in Alberta and elsewhere.
